How we keep listings accurate
Wrong phone numbers waste time when someone needs help fast. Here is how we check each provider before and after it goes live.
Sourced from public records
Each listing starts from official websites, Google Maps entries and verified directories. We only add providers whose name, address and phone number we can confirm.
Clearly marked when unverified
If we cannot confirm a phone number or address, the listing is flagged as unconfirmed. Visitors see a notice to call ahead before visiting.
Reviewed and corrected by residents
Providers can update their own details, and visitors can report wrong information. Every report is checked and fixed before the listing is changed.
